What is that on picture number 3? Is it the pistons?

And why do they look as they do? Dosent seem healty :/

Hi, all. I here again.. My car has been bought a Copart and arrived from Louisiana New Orlean. I knew what exist problems in engine. This problem - visitted in water in engine zone
