Question turbo question

I HAVE AN 07 GT VERT, AND I AM TRYING TO DO RESEARCH ON DIFFERENT TURBO KITS AND I FOUND OUT THAT SOME KITS DONT WORK WITH LOWERED STANGS BECAUSE OF THE PIPE ROUTING.

MY QUESTION IS ABOUT THE HELLION TURBO KIT, AND DOES IT WORK WITH LOWERING SPRINGS?

I HATE THE MONSTER TRUCK SPRINGS THAT COME STOCK AND ARE GOING TO CHANGE THEM THIS WINTER AS LONG AS I CAN FIND A KIT THAT I LIKE THAT DOESNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT.

ANY ADVICE OR FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE WOULD BE GREAT

OOHH AND YES I AM GOING WITH A TURBO AND NOT A S/C SO PLEASE DONT MAKE THIS ANOTHER TURBO VS S/C THREAD!!!!!!!!

i don't the Hellion has that problem, that would be for some of the rear-mounted systems. but i'm pretty sure the STS TT setup still works on lowered cars...

Well the Hellion kit does not work good with a lowered vehicle. My car has Eibach Pro-kit Springs, and the Turbo Pipe always dragged. I recently pulled the turbo kit and am selling it for 3000. It has roughly 2000 miles on the whole set up. The whole kit was ceramic coated silver, it will need one pipe recoated due to dragging on the ground. It has the catalitic delete pipes option also. It would work fine with a lowered car if a exhaust shop rebent two pipes.

Do you have pics of the setup?

Is that why you're selling it smoke14me, because of the dragging?

If not, why are you selling?

Well yes I am selling because of the dragging, and the fact that the shop I was using couldn't or didn't take the time to fix it. Now I am building my 1991 LX Coupe so no need for two projects.

Hellion will have the "dragging" problem if lowered.

IMO it is the best turbo kit though, I almost bought one but the whipple won out.

Honestly if you like this kit, why not just get the roush rear springs? I did it on mine and IMO it looks perfect. Not too high and not too low.
