Default Need SCT help

I swear the search never works on this site.

Just downloaded all the software/programs needed for my new SCT X3. I go to run the install software, and I get error message "Connot find "mscoree.dll"

I've tried re-installing it, modifying it, repairing it, just get error message.

Anyone else have problems with this? How do I fix?

Try downloading in it, and make sure you are getting the correct version for your operating system, also if you are running Windows Vista, Vista may be blocking the install.

It says I need to install the drivers before plugging in the SCT. I've downloaded all the necessary files/programs, but I see no way to actually install the drivers onto my PC.

Because of this, I get a bubble that says "USB device not recognized"

This is so frustrating..........

There's no option on SCT's site for "LiveLoad"

liveload is built into the updater program, here: http://www.sctflash.com/software/Liv...pdater1_33.exe

heres the instructions: http://www.sctflash.com/software/Usi...ive%20Load.pdf

this is what someone gave to me idk if its the same for the x3, but check their website again for the updater program for the x3 it may be the same for the x3, the liveload is built in to the updater
