Default p0354 error code help

guys I got this code what did u guys do to fix it

looks like your ignition coil in cylinder 4 has gone bad.

You have a coil failure(secondary side).Visually inspect everything(take the cop out and check for cracks,torn boot,bad plug(careful on that one!)How many miles on the car?Let us know.

Which one is number4 ? Looking from the engine bay in front. I'm writing from my phone so I can't search as quick. Also could it be a bad plug and cause the coil to go bad. Also the car has 34k miles and probably 25k on the auto lite stage colder plugs. Do we have to replace these plugs after a certain mileage?
