Hello all, I am just about to install my SCT tuner from Brenspeed and I am looking online and it is saying to pull the fuse pump fuse and fan fuse before I flash the computer. Is this necessary and if so which fuses are these? Thanks Everyone

i've got an '05... didn't pull any fuses. never heard of that either.

Um...where exactly online are you looking?

it says it on the instructions, but its not necessary. that step is there to save battery power. As long as you don't leave the tuner hooked up for a very long time, with all the lights on, and the radio on loud....you'll be fine.

thank you it sounded a little odd to me too but i am new to this and i dont want to screw anything up with stupid mistakes. thanks everyone

+1 on not needing to pull the fuses. Just be sure everything is off (radio, fan, etc...).
