Default Brenspeed tune

Hello all, I am just about to install my SCT tuner from Brenspeed and I am looking online and it is saying to pull the fuse pump fuse and fan fuse before I flash the computer. Is this necessary and if so which fuses are these? Thanks Everyone

You have a different year, but I never had to do this when I got my XCal3 from Brenspeed

it says it on the instructions, but its not necessary. that step is there to save battery power. As long as you don't leave the tuner hooked up for a very long time, with all the lights on, and the radio on loud....you'll be fine.

+1 on not needing to pull the fuses. Just be sure everything is off (radio, fan, etc...).

Read Tacobill's tutorial. Or even watch the video. Ignore those instructions, they are not meant for our cars.
