Default having a problem

Whenever I let my car sit over night and drive it the next day my steering wheel shakes when I drive over 60 mph but it goes awa after a drive from a little while. It'll even happen when I let my car sit for like 5hrs. I checked my tire pressure and it's fine. Anyone know what this could be?

i'm not sure whats happening exactly, but
one thing i would probably do, is to swap the
front and rear tires.....if the shaking went away,
i would know there's a problem with one or both
of the tires

Your tires are probably low on tread and/or don't hold air as well as they should. You mentioned your tire pressure was good. What about tread?

Most tires will develop flat spots after sitting for awhile. Some are worse than others. The colder temps increases this and also the duration until the tires warm up and the flat spot dissipates. It's common.

+1^^

you're just getting flat spots from the car sitting, mine does it too. nothing to be concerned with as long as it goes away after you drive it. if it didn't go away, I would just take the car to a shop and have them re-balanced.

Mr Nuke is correct.....I have the same thing occur around these parts when I let the cars sit for awhile before driving them. It gets worse if it is during colder weather. It may shake slightly for a while, but after a little while of driving it always goes away. I've even noticed it on my non-mustang (Jeep~!) vehicle.

Flat spots.
A co-worker filled another co-workers front tires
with some water. All was good until the temps
dropped below freezing then the ice slugs threw
the front end for an awful shakin.
Maybe some moisture in your tires?
Does it coincide with lower below freezing temps?
