can you take a 4.6 2v and change it into a 4.6 4v. please let me know if this is possible. thanks

 

Yes, it's possible.

All you really need are the heads, intake and front cover. (plus misc small things like chains, guides, etc...)

It's not small task, since it's a lot of detail/small parts tracking down, but it's not what anyone should call difficult.

What's your goal for the setup?
