overdrive makes you fast :-D if your tryin to push her and you've got the OD off, you wont go anywhere in a quick hurry, but if you tryin to fly, turn her on and let her lose, but thats not saying much for me, i have a standard so i dont know how the OD proforms in the stang.........why am i still talking?
5th gear is OD for both the manual (0.67:1) and the auto (0.75:1).

are you trying to say i have overdrive? haha wheres the button? is there a button? is it just 5th gear? haha

Another thread moved to the wrong place...

OVERDRIVE is NOT 4.6 Specific.... although.. it is Automatic Specific but there isn't an Automatic section. so this thread should have stayed right were it was.
I agree with you there, the question was from an 05 mustang owner!
some people just like abusing their authority. Geeeesh!!
