Had fuel pump sender replaced per TSB, and...
when I started up the car and drove it away I noticed it acted particularly sluggish. So I reloaded my tune. (93 perf BAMA) Came up with locked on the SCT. Was able to unlock it somehow, but when I loaded the tune, the car would not start...like the fuel sender had been shut off. Went back to stock, started up fine. Then tried to reload tune, but got CODE FBLF254/vehicle not supported/contact sct support. I've got an email into Doug, but I was wondering if anybody had this problem after a fuel sender was replaced and what they found out. (and yes I was getting the proverbial hesitation after long cruise). It sounds like they reflashed my ECM...why would this screw things up. Does the FBLF254 have anything to do with the current strategy and how my tunes are written? Thanks.

You're probably right about them reflashing your ECM. Must have changed strategies to work with the new fuel sender. You will probably have to hook the tuner up and read the new stock strategy code for Doug.
Yeah, my guess is that they reflashed your ECM, as you said. The tunes are written for a particular strategy, and I'd be willing to bet their reflash changed your strategy. Your tuner may be able to help you out.
I keep my strategy code written down and check it before reloading my tune after being at the dealership. I have also started telling them not to flash the ECM, although telling them that is basically admitting you're going to mess with it (in my case they already knew I had the intake on anyway, so...). If they don't respect your wishes, it's time for a new dealer IMO.

IMO if they are doing one thing why re- flash the PCM....sorry but the tuner that sold you the tune can help you on this and this has happened in the past.Next time tell them to not touch the tune or reflash the PCM....ever!
I can "sort of" understand why the dealer might need to reflash the pcm, but what is the purpose of the strategy code and why would they change it? Is it a new updated program? I guess I don't understand the basic concept of the strategy code.
The strategy code is just a software version number.
It's like when you download windows updates. Same kind of thing. They're loading new software which fixes some bugs.
I did my fuel pump TSB myself. When I was in warranty, my dealer still wanted to charge me >$400. I recently bought the whole pump assembly for $95 and the new o-ring (few bucks I think) and swaped it out. Everything works fine and no more hesitation after long drives.

I learned my lesson...
Until Doug gets backs to me, (been two days), I can't drive it on the stock tune unless I take off the CAI. Furthermore, the shifting between 1-2 and 4-5 is horribly sluggish. At one point I didn't even think it was going to shift into 5th.
