Default E-Force arrived!

Taking Friday off to try to get installed myself. Wish me luck the plugs dont break. Really sucked putting everything back stock and detuning, felt like I had a V6. It was a huge box for a somewhat small part, but the blower is a lot bigger in person than the pics seemed. Just got the Roush body kit on and first step in the instructions----remove front bumper cover!

NOICE!

I really like the look of the E-force SC kit..looks nearly like the stock manifold. Possibly pass the tech inspection with no suspicion of a blower at all.. until you knock out some low 12s in the 1/4 lol.

Sorry, no pics. Chickened out and took it to the Ford Dealer. The tech there installing it drag races his mustang so i figure he knows what he is doing. The spark plug thing had me worried about doing it myself. Plus the intake is way too heavy for me to lift and put in place, no help available.

Dealer charging ~$800. Stage 3 where I bought it from charges $700 so pretty close.

So far it has been at the dealer for 6 days. Excuses, weekend, Edelbrocks incompetence has all caused delays. They sell the kit as complete yet it needs a coolant upgrade kit which they didnt mention. Paid for edelbrock to overnite and it took 2 days for the parts to arrive. $125 for a radiator hose and thermostat housing? Dealer said they could have done in 10 hours yet they were 25 available working hours in before realizing I needed the "optional" (^$#@^%@ mandatory) upgrade. The water pump for the intercooler sits right where the foglight is on the Roush bumper so I am missing 1 light till I can modify the mount. Parts got here at noon today so theoretically it should be done today. Mechanic said he only needed 30 minutes when the parts arrived but it is now 5 pm.
