Default thumper cams

does anybody have directions or instructions on how to install these? or do these cams come with instructions?

will i have to mess with a spring compressor? i didnt think these cams needed spring work. and yes i will be using the phaser limiters.

well if you want to do it fords way, you
do use a spring compressor.

can you do a cam swap without one, sure
but i personally wouldn't do it that way.

hmmm ok, i kinda know some of the guys at the ford delership back in the shop, i will see if i can borrow some of there tools. i might even see if the guys could help me out.
