Default nitrous?

got a 2006 4.6l v8 and i am looking into nitrous. i have been told that its a good power adder and wont do any damage with anything under a 100 shot. I was also told the exact opposite, dont know what to do? I have ford racing headers, pypes x-pipe, pypes mufflers, steeda pulleys, cai, diablo tuner with a jlt cai firm shift tune (93 octane and automatic). I have the stock throttle body and stock injectors but if needed could get new tb and bigger injectors, any thoughts or answers to whether or not to go with the nitrous? and if so how much?

I think that nitrous is a good way to make a lot of power for a little money but I feel that it is looked down upon among the mustang community because it is kinda a ricer mod to have nitrous. I personally have no problem with it and think its a cheap good way to power, I am not what amount is safe if any or what you will need but I think I remember hearing that Zex wet injected was good.
