i just ordered a predator and C&L intake from brentspeed.
when i ordered it i was told i will have to buy some sort of adapter for my car so i can plug it into my computer.
can anyone give me any info on what i should buy or do once i open the box when it gets here?
any info is good..
the tunes i want is to lose my hesitation when i hit the throttle
and for a C&L intake.

No you do not need any type of adaptor to plug a Predator into the PCM port. It has a cable with the correct plug recepticle and will plug right in. The PC interface kit is nothing more than a standard DB9 serial cable and a 12vDC 100ma transformer with a center positive plug. You can get both at Radio Shack or any similiar place.

i know this is an idiodic question but can anyone give me the link to download the C&L intake tune for a 4.6 mustang.
im worried ill download the wrong one.

umm... there are 4 seperate tunes for the C+L, which one you get depends on your car. And if you DON'T get the pc link, HOW will you get the tune into the Pred?

First you need to know the CALID of your PCM before you can download the tune. You can get that by plugging the Predator in to the PCM port and reading it off of the Predator. Once you have the CALID, then download the C&L tune with the same CALID.

i just went through their website i got to the part when it asks for the specific number of your vehicle so it makes some sence now.
