Default Please help!!

I am in the middle of a tiny tech problem i keep getting check engine codes for being lean on b1 and b2. i had a aftermarket tb on it and it ran fine for almost a year and all of a sudden i pulled the car out from winter storage and it starts running like sh*t (it had fuel stablizer in it so i kno its not bad fuel), when u start it, it would rev up to 2500 for 1 1/2 sec then idle down and you could hear that it just wasnt idling right and it would spit and sputter and then throw the b1 and b2 lean codes. So i junked the tb and put the stock one back on and retuned the computer and it ran fine for about a month and then threw the b1 and b2 code again. So my choice of action is at this time is to datalog it when im driving to seen how the air/fuel is mixing and how the maf is working out as well as the rail pressure and injector pressure. my question is does anyone know what these should be stock? or where i would be able to find this info? the only thing i have done to the car is: imrc deletes, short headers, o/r x-pipe, stingers, roush cai with the insert removed (trust me i kno ive heard about changing my cai but it was on the car when i bought it and it ran fine so i dont see why it wouldnt be fine now), sfi underdrive pulleys, 4.10's, and basic sct tune mainly for 93 octane and the deletes for the o2 sensors, 4.10's, imrc deletes and cai. My next move if this whole datalog thing doesnt work is to get a custom tune on a dyno to help try and fix the problem. If anyone has any info or HELPFUL comments please light me up.... at this point im up for anything that sounds good lol

sorry its so long guys/gals but i wanted to give you all the info so it would help get me a better answer.

since it ran fine for about a month after you put
the stock throttle body back on, then maybe it's
a sensor, connector, or wiring problem.

might be worthwhile to check the spark plugs, but
you probably already know that.
