Default another 2/10ths off!

went to track last night and through my experiment launches my 3 k rpm rev luanch with traction control on got me my lowest time to date 14.2 and took down my 3rd srt 8 cherokee that had cai tune exhust at the track.

can only get a 2.2 60ft' but he got the same even with his awd cherokee!
also got a 9.2 1/8th and of course 14.2 1/4 mile ...curious to what everybody else with similar bolts ons are running at sea level or close and what has been your best launch setup for you?...

for all the guys that dont know about the DA rule the srt 8 could only run a 14.5 best that night

ultimately , im trying to reach 13.9999999 with street tires and the same exact mods - but i do plan to the throw on those nitto nto5r's soon as well as a 75 wet shot which either of them should defantely get me in 13's up here!

PS I personally think Nittos suck. I tried them for about 2 weeks. Got some BFG's and loved them. On the street I could take it to 3K drop the clutch and it would squat and go. With the Nittos I could only launch at best 2K on the street...

I took it to the track with both as well. Both times it was super hot out. Best 60' with the nittos was 2.2 ... Best time with The BFG's were 2.0 on a hot as hell day, hooked so hard I almost killed the car. The next launch I took it to 4K and spun the SH*T out of them LOL.

But I could tell a huge difference on the street. BFG hands down.

I ran 13.05 @ 107mph with 95MM CAI, GT-500TB, FRPP CMCV delete, UDP's, Bullitt mufflers and an email tune. I had the stock BFG 18" tires with stock 3.31:1 rear gear.

I ran a 13.436 @ 105 with a 1.999 60' with my car. Full tank of gas, and street tires. I launched at roughly 2500, traction control off.
