Default Clutch Suggestions?

Plannin on upgrading the clutch, I can feel mine getting weaker and weaker by the day, especially since there was a cruise last week, and I like to please the crowd. What is everyone else using, and what should I go with? I plan on building the car this winter, to achieve somewhere around 650 - 700hp, so a clutch that can handle it.

If you're going to use it for drag racing I'd say the Spec 3+ and the Spec billet steel flywheel. If you are not racing then I'd say the McLeod RXT twin disk.

After installing my Whipple-HO, I had a very bad slipping stock clutch on the dyno. So, to handle my numbers I went with a Spec Super Twin Disk Clutch with Billet Aluminum Flywheel (700-1500 ft lbs tq). Pedal is a little firmer than stock, but no issues..

This question comes up quite often. I can tell you that a McLeod RST will hold at least 517rwhp with drag radials and still drive like stock. Try doing a search and see what's been said in the past.
