Default Header choice

Ok so I've decided on which supercharger, suspension, and appearance mods I want. Now I'm working on deciding on which wheels I want and more importantly exhaust. I have FRPP stinger axel backs now, and I've listened to a lot of clips with different x pipes. I decided I'm going to go with the pypes catted x pipe (anyone have one?). I'm going to go with shortys and I'm trying to keep it around $400 or less. I have narrowed my header choice down to BBK ceramic coated, FRPP stainless steel and pypes polished shorty headers. What are people's opinions? For those of you who have the pypes x pipe (I know theres a few on here), how do you like it? How is the fitment? How is the sound? Also, how long do shorty headers take to install? I'll be doing this at an AAFES auto skills shop so I'll have almost any tool I could dream of. Also I'll have a friend or two who know what their doing help me out.

Well I got a whipple sc and i installed dynamax LT headers on mine with an X pype and cats. But i gutted the cats out to get extra flow. I love em and they sound good. my tuner told me they gave me more TQ. I would advise installing the headers first before installin the SC. FROM my exspirences.

It will all be going in at the same time.

Another question for the gurus. I'm going to be getting an e-force supercharger. I'm thinking I'll end up with the stage zero from brenspeed. I'd like the get the stage one but apparently peak boost can hit up to 11.5lbs. Thats a little higher than I feel comfortable with. Any chance a good set of headers and a good x pipe could lower that peak boost at all?

installing headers is not fun. You do not want to do it twice. I would reccomend going longtubes especially with FI

+1 on American racing. I also like Kooks. Trust me when I say don't cheap out on headers. Its not worth running a risk of fittment or rust
