Question Flywheel/Clutch Question

I am putting in a new clutch and I am trying out their matching flywheel.
Just so happens it is a steel flywheel but weighs almost the same as
an aluminum.

I would have rather got a aftermarket billet steel but I called three flywheel companies and none of them could say if the flywheel would fit properly with the clutch. I have never had a light wieght or alum. one
and the arguments about them make me nervous. But thanks to some help from people on the forums I am feeling more secure about the light weight one.

As far as the other aftermarket companies and what they said about their flywheels matching good.

Spec said "You might need a shim for it to fit but we can't say".

Ram said their flywheels' holes are actually drilled for the 94 GT 5.0's and
I would have to use the dowel pins from that year car.
(That makes me wonder about fitment issues)

Fidanza stopped making billet steel for our cars and they would not tell me why.

I don't want to go with the stock unless I end up hating the
matching Exedy one.

Question is this... if I install that matching flywheel and decide I don't like it later, can I switch the flywheel without getting another clutch?
I know the flywheel and clutch bed in together, so would an old clutch not bed in well with a new flywheel?

Thanks
