Engine PCM code problem

Engine PCM code problem
Hi guys. Back a couple of years ago. I had an accident with a cup of coffee from Starbucks. I knocked a cup over into my passenger seat that happened to have my programmer sitting in it. Well I had to send my programmer back to SCT because it really screwed it up. At the time I had the Demolet 93octane tune in the car. It wiped out all the codes installed in the SCT programmer including my stock tune.
Well, a little while later I had to take my car back to Ford because of the E-brake sticking in cold weather. I knew the guy in parts and for a small monetary tip, the mechanic re-flashed my computer with a stock tune. I know he had a hard time re-flashing it.
So, my main question about this is- Is there any way I can tell what PCM code he used to re-flash the car?? I've got it the re-flashed code in my SCT-2 now.
I've put my CAI back on the car and it ran pretty bad. So, I put the stock air intake back in.

Sparta, thanks for the reply. I think I might have found what you're talking about.
The PCM code can also be retrieved using an SCT flash device such as the X3 Powerflash device or SCT XCalibrator 2. To do this, plug the device into your vehicle's OBDII port, located under the drivers side dash (on most applications). Once the device is powered up and sitting on the main menu, scroll down until you see "Vehicle Info" and hit Select. Now navigate down until you see "Read Strategy" and hit Select. Follow the on-screen instructions until the code is displayed, and write it down. Some common Ford strategy codes are "FPASAGE" and "FPAN0U4"
