SCT 2 step?

SCT 2 step?
Anyone have the SCT 2 step on a bama tune working correctly? I though I had heard people who had it and it worked fine for them. I have it on my tune but it is always on any time the clutch is pressed so if I shift gears above 3k rpms it kicks in for a second when I hit the next gear. I was told it was an 05+ problem just seeing if anyone found a way for it to work or if anyone else had any different experiences with it on an s197
