Air vents stuck!
My fellow Mustang brothers! Lend me your ears, For I have an issue, this morning, I used my defroster to clear the morning condensation from my windsheild, once that was clear I switched the vents to blow towards me, alas, the vents although set to blow towards me are still blowing on to the windsheild, the switch it self seems to be ok, I can turn off the blower and still turn on the max ac with it, but it seems the doo hicky that makes the air direction change is FUBAR. Anyone have an experiance or knowledge of how to fix this?
Blend door actuator. I have also seen the vacuum line that operates the blend door rot, although not on a Mustang. If you select normal AC or the floor does the door move? I just thought after I posted for a minute. I need to see if the blend door is electrically or vacuum operated. Sorry.

mine blow too, just in one direction!
UPDATE: In case some one needs to research this.. I went back into the car, placed the switch back on to the stuck mode, turned the key on to the on position, waited 30 sec, then went to each setting and waited for each transition to complete and its fixed now. Might have just been a gremlin in the electrical system.

None the less, seeing that you are in a southern state of the same latitude, I am glad you have solved your automotive HVAC conundrum. Being also in the deep south in a very very hot state (over 100 degrees F every gawddamn day ever since mid April, and not a single day under 100degressF), having an AC that works like it is supposed to is an absolute must
