Default need help

im looking into buying a header. I dont want it screaming loud but making a lil more noise then now. and im lookn for some horsepower. i dont knowe weather to get short or long. And id like to get the cost under 350. any ideas?

If you want it to cost under 350 it would be shorties... With long tubes you'd most likely get rid of your cats and it will be louder. And its headers, header would be something like an inline 4

Maybe he just wants to change one. Then instead of screaming loud, it would be just half as loud.
