Just bought my 5.0. But it will be a daily driver. This summer I will pick up some good winter tires. Winters here in KC dont get too horrible, just small bursts here and there.

If you can get by without it, storing it is a nice way to fund new mods with the money you save on insurance. But I need a far and have no other option. (pretty f ing fun in an empty parkinglot though...)

My insurance is only $840 for the year with full coverage. I can't imagine saving much on premiums if I stored it, and besides, I'm having way too much fun with it this winter, it wouldn't be worth it to me!

I'd be having some serious withdrawal symptoms if it was stored away like some of yours.

My 03 Cobras sleeping in the garage for awhile still I miss it. Also keep it out of bad weather completely.
But luckily I just bought a 2008 Bullitt to DD, no more missing a Mustang to drive everyday!

Yeah, I feel for you guys up north and Canada. I do drive mine on the weekends and once a week to work, but not in bad weather. It is not my daily driver though, but may be in a few years when my oldest daughter starts driving. No way in hell she's driving the Mustang....she'll get the 200k Explorer that she HATES....hahahahaha

I took the cover off mine on Sunday and took it for a rip. it was about 12 degrees Celcius (light jacket weather). Can't wait for summer to take the top down. I bought the car in December and have never even had the top off as I want to make sure it's good and warm out before I lower it. Come on June!
