I have the same idea kinda except I am trying to match the exterior I have a silver car with blue stripes... They seem to be the only option for this kind of thing...

Any of you guys got any pictures of your shifters?

grabber is the way to go. They made me a black **** with silver stripes to match the car. Looks killer and it feels great.

BEWARE, you have 12x1.25 metric threads OEM, not 12x1.75...
