Who's tunes?
First thing I'd do is remove the CAI and clean the TB, then reassemble and make sure there's no air leaks. A custom tune can amplify little issues like a dirty TB which is known for causing idle problems. Sometimes you can overtighten the clamps and slightly warp the tube at the TB. Also, if you also reset the adaptive learning by having the battery disconnected for a while, then you need to put a few miles on it before the settings settle down in some cases.

I'd still clean the TB anyway. Many people have had idle issues with less than 30k miles due to a dirty TB.
Disconnecting the battery for about 20-30 minutes clears the adaptive learning.
