how can you screw up a cai install?

 

You'd be surprised! I assume nothing anymore.

 

Did you get the MAF sensor dirty? Check all the clamps and make sure you have a good seal at the shield, and the throttle body.

Also like nuke suggested clean that TB, mine was pretty dirty with only 40K on the odometer. If all of that brings about no change request new tunes because there is an error margin when those are made, and sometimes they can be screwy...

 

I cleaned the tb which was pretty dirty and also the the sensor, it looks like that was the fix its idle alittle higher now and does not pluse at idle.
