Will Ford Racing mufflers off of a 2010 Cobra fit an 09 GT?

Yes. I went the other way with a set of axle backs. From a 2009 GT to a 2010 GT. Bend radius of pipe was the same as well as same clamps and hanger locations.

From: PA to KY ('07) to IL ('09) to MS ('10) to FL ('11)

I believe so, although IIRC the 05-09 systems on the '10 were a tad short so I'd assume that a '10 exhaust on your '09 might result in the tips sticking out a tad further from the cutouts.
