Default Dash kit help.

Hey everyone I'm about to buy a 06 gt with beige interior and I would like to know where do you guys get your dash kits at? It has beige interior and has the factory aluminum dash I would love to get the black cover over the aluminum.

Please help?

Thanks

My 06 had the most boring interior ever. Dove gray over dove grey. I installed a carbon fiber kit from ebay. Fantastic quality. The seller may have what your looking for.

Awesome that's it! Thanks man! Hey how did you install it? Did you do it yourself or get a pro to do it? I have shaky hands lol (age) haha

Thanks again man!

Yeah the install is sorta tricky and I did do it myself. It just sticks on after you clean everything off very good. I rubbed it down with some alcohol about 4 times. It really needs to be clean to get a good adhesive. Mine is stuck on for sure. Took me maybe two hours total to get it all in there. I went real slow. There is a DIY write up in the sticky section on how to do it.

I got my carbon fiber kit from ebay. It looks awesome but i had it professionally installed. It is the best bang for the buck. The only issued i had was the shifter boot kept on coming off due to the increased height which i adjust continually whenever it comes off.

Cool I am glad you are happy. I have an auto so I cant comment on your shifter boot issue. This kit really dresses up the interior big time. I shouldn't have waited 3 years to do it. It is well spent money.

I have to agree the dash kit significantly improves the interior of our mustangs. I got the carbon fiber version and it set the inside off. It contributes to my winning in the local car show in my area.
