Default Orange wire driver side engine underneath? 2007 GT 4.6L

Hi.
Anyone know what this orange wire is for?

I've been going through, cleaning up this 2007 GT 4.6L
Rodents lived in it.
They did a number on a few wires, but I'm making great progress.

Today, I found this orange wire cut in half.
- I fixed it, but don't know what it's for.

I've searched the forum threads and internet... no luck finding anything similar.
Anyone know?
Thanks for any assist!

RESOLVED
I found a thread where someone was looking for a block heater. It's the same connector / same plug. Sure enough, I looked around and found the plug zip-tied up in front.

Yeah, I was gonna say, when it's plugged into a freeze plug like that and it's in cold weather conditions, block heater.

Thanks for confirming,
