Another great of the old timers has gone on, Bob left us with some great performance vehicle that will live on for decades to come. I am a GM guy but I have a appreciation for all who bring great vehicles into the world and anyone who could push Ford to build one of the best engine options ....the mighty CobraJet 428. Thanks Bob Sr and Godspeed.

I went to the Tasca day Mustang show back in '08 because I lived in Rhode Island at the time. I didn't know much about Bob Sr. except one story that I was told from someone who used to work for him and later opened his own shop after being ripped off by the Tascas on a Shelby Cobra build. I don't know if Sr. specifically had anything to do with it but its just a story. This guy who restored this Cobra also did the port work on my GT40 Cobra heads and installed the cam in my engine.
I am sorry to hear that someone so highly respected and influential in the history of the Mustang has passed away. RIP Bob Sr........
