NEW: E-Series Coating from Fore Precision Works
We're very excited to announce that we're offering a new coating from Fore Precision Works. It's the all new E-Series coating for all of their fuel rails, fuel hats and y-blocks. The E-Series coating is the only 100% true Ethanol friendly coating for aluminum. Normally Ethanol will start to corrode aluminum so for those who want an all out ethanol race car this is the stuff that should be used to protect their fuel system from the corrosive properties of ethanol.
The coating costs an additional $25.00/rails, $30.00/fuel hats and $8.00 to coat the Y-blocks. The finish is not only protective but looks amazing. I was very impressed with the set that Justin gave us for our car. The finish looks like a polished or chrome plate look with a hint of gold to it. I believe it looks so good that I would get it even if I wasn't running ethanol.
In addition to that I got a call from a distributor of ours that was told by another vendor that the Fore rails do not fit on the GT500 with a 3.4L Whipple. It prompted me to make sure everyone was aware that this is not true. The Fore Precision Works rails do indeed fit the GT500 not only with the stock blower but with a Whipple, TVS and KB. Here's a few pictures of the Fore Rails with the E-Series coating on our car to confirm that it fits without any issues.
