Default looking at a Mach 1

So I went to the local Ford Dealership to check out this red mach 1 they have for sale. It has around 30K miles or so(forgot) aftermarket exhaust and a bunch of little scratches all over it, like 1-2 on each door, hood, quater panels and the chin spoiler looks to have hit some curbs. My question is if I buy this car will the dealer fix all this stuff, and they are asking 21,998 but the salesman I spoke with said he would knock off 3 grand. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking?

Tell 'em to drive you out the door - TT&L, full tank of gas, 2 keys and 2 fobs, for 18 large plusthey fix everything or else you walk. Then you'll have yourself the makings of a good deal. That's if it's an 04If it's an 03, make it 17 out the door.
