RE: corn
I think all you do is switch to a colder plug and change the timing. I know that GM says if you bring your vehicle in that isn't set-up for it, they will convert it for you in a day. No need to even leave it overnight. I don't see why a Ford dealer couldn't do the same thing, or find out exactly what it entails, and do it in your driveway.

I'm not sure. You would think with it being more or less grain alcohol, that it would burn pretty hot, but I've heard you don't get as good Mpg as regular gas, so maybe it does produce more hp. Do you have ethanol where you live? We can't get it in NC yet, although they are in the process of building a refinery near here.

RE: corn
you need larger injectors, a bigger pump(at least the Gt's do), I chose to change to braided lines, and you need a tune, definately, with a flip chip, if your talking about e85, which is what we have in arizona. you can tune more aggressively with E85 because it burns at 105 octane right from the pump, and its cheaper, or at least it is out here. the only reason you need a flip chip is because if you go somewhere that doesn't offer ethanol, you have to use 91 or whatever octane you normally use, which is a different tune.
I'm having my car switched over at the moment here in town, it only cost me around $500, which will be made up for by the fact that every two weeks they have a sale at the chevron on e85, $.85 a gallon, thats worth it in my opinion, especially considering it burns at 105 octane, the only downside is that you will be hungry when you smell your exhaust.
Ohh, and there was an article in either MM&FF or 5.0&SF or Modified where they switched a 2004 cobra over to E85, so Im pretty confident that it is definately do-able
