Just wanted to pop in and say hey. I've been lurking since purchasing my Azure Blue 2004 Mach 1. I've had it for about three weeks now and absolutely love it. So far I've put a Mac off road h-pipe and a JLT true CAI...painted to match. I'm very happy with both mods. I have a JLT PCV pre-filter and a AIRAID CAI pre-filter coming. Despite doing exstensive research that reassured me the CAI would be fine in rain, I decided a little etra protection can't hurt. I'm trying to decide if I want to go with catbacks or gears for my next mod. This is my daily driver, so I'm torn on whether or not I want to sacrifice the extra gas. BTW, I'm a Service Manager at a Ford dealership, and I've been in the industry for about 7 years. If you have any questions I'll do my best to help.
Later,
Scott

Welcome to Mustang Forums. I'm glad we finally got someone here that actually works on these vehicles. Nice color btw. That was my first choice, but got impatient and bought a red one.
About those gears, I am getting an honest 24mpg at 70mph with 4.10s. I don't know how much of a loss I suffered from the gear change since I didn't measure my mpg with the 3.55s. My rpm is up by 300 at cruising speeds in 5th gear. I think it's worth it. I picked up alot of trap speed, but not to much ET since I'm on street tires. Anyway, congratulations on the new Mach!
