Cleaner... as in soap? If so I'm use pretty much anything Meguires or Mothers for soap, wax, detailer, anything.

buddy w/ a 350Z @ the time told me he sprayed pam (non-stick frying pan stuff) on his front)bumpers and lower extremities (of his car) when going on trips or @ the track. It was slick and kept bugs and stuff from sticking. Said the spray didn't hurt the paint.
