Default My reeee-ums.

They came.

Only took one out to snap a couple pics.

They're absolutely gorgeous in person.

Still desperately searching for tires, though.. Stay tuned for pics on the car hopefully soon.

MMMMMMM DD's they look awesome, can't wait to see pics after you find some tires and get them mounted on the car.

Curious as to what center caps are you going to use?

Wicked man. Sometimes I wish I went with a little more of a flashy wheel rather than going with 18x9 Mach 1 replicas from AFS. But I got them and tires already mounted for $500 so I'm not complaining[8D]. One day I will get some Bullitts or something.

Those are going to look sick. What tires are you looking into? I am personally a fan of running at least Nitto DR's on the rear for the street. If you drive a lot, it may not be an option though.

Thanks man, I can't wait to give the car a little makeover, as well as some grip finally[:'(]. As far as tires.. I honestly was about to pull the trigger on a set of 555R Nittos for the rear, but pretty much everybody in the local club i'm in swears against them and says i'm just going to be wasting my money. The only other DR I can find that I like is from BFG, but the 315/35/17 is on backorder 'till 2012 it seems.

I can pick up a very lightly used pair of 555R's for $150 and i'm thinking about saying to hell with it and pulling the trigger. I just want these things on my car!

The 555r's are pretty damn good for a street car. They may not be the best track tires, but they are pretty good. It is a trade off of either stickiness or treadwear.

Well I tracked down a pair of 315/35/17 BFG DR's brand new through my machine shop guy that has some connections to various tire retailers. I got the last two in stock.

They come in tomorrow, so hopefully they get to his shop early enough to mount and balance everything before I head to work.
