Where can I get some good-quality, black rear-window louvers that raise on a hinge so I can wash the window?

What about for the quarter panel windows? I would assume a permanent louver would make washing the window impossible.

and the 1/4 side window ones have been discontinued, but sometimes you will see them for sale on ebay. I'm still trying to find a pair for myself actually.

If you want the good ones get the visus brand. They are made out of aluminum and the ABS crap. Oh yeah and they raise.
