Default LT headers

so i've been talkin to a couple friends about long tube headers a bit lately and i keep hearing that the mach's dont gain much from em especially when compared to the gt's and such. what type of gains did you guys see? right now it just doesnt seem like the most cost effective way for me to grab some extra horses since my options for modding are still quite open

10-15 rwhp is pretty good. You probably won't notice a big difference in anything that you mod unless you get about 10% of your hp. For instance if you havea 300hp car you would need about 30hp to actually feel it. When i got my catted x and my flowmasters i noticed a dif. Not so much with the CAI or the tuner even though i know they gave me some hp. I think you'll noticea difference with the L/Ts on your exhaust. You'll probably sound a bit different and gain a good 10 hp if not more. Besides they look friggin sweet when you pop the hood to show off the muscle

ARH or Kooks!!! The best 2 I think. They have the best fit & finish. If I were you I would buy a intake first, unless you already do and dont have it listed in your sig.

I had the K&N intake on my mach1 and I loved it. Remember when you do the intake to remember to put the stock screen back in when you do it or you will have a ton of problems. You will know what Im talking about when you do it lol.

C&L is also great! Make sure you get the inlet pipe with it. The stock tube/pipe sucks. When you order it call up lethalperformance and talk to someone there and tell them your a mustangforums.com member and they will usually work up a good deal for you.
