My front tires were shot, so i started looking around and came across these at a local tire shop. 275 40 17 Goodyear eagle F1's. Brand new take offs off of a vette, 50 bucks a piece! Too bad they didn't have 4 of them.

 

damn that is a STEAL if they had 2 more i need some new fronts. those are expensive tires

Yeah i know. I want some 18's real bad, but i dont want bullets or fr-500's. I really havent seen anything that i like. Anybody got any suggestions?

Ha! thats a good deal, those are easily $200 ea. new but I gotta 1 up ya here lol. I work at discount tire and took off some 315/35/17 Eagle f1's and my boss let me take them home free lol. They had maybe 65-70% tread so I took them to high school drags and roasted them!

 

You got a great deal. Now just find some matching rears.

 

Ive got some drag radials on the back now, and hopefully i will get some diff wheels before those wear out. There is an 05 runnin around here with those Magnum wheels, so i really don't wanna get those. I would like some BBS wheels, but i haven't seen any with a very wide lip in the back. I would love some RK Plasma's, but i don't think they make them anymore.

 

I am running BBS RX. They don't have much of a lip but I think they look decent.
