Run over to Advance auto parts and grab the one you need. I bought one the other day for my sister's Jeep. Seems like it ran me about $10. VERY simple install. Machs should use the same idler pulley as GTs, (as well as lots of other cars). Get it changed before it freezes up or runs off on you and smokes your belt.

Here ya go.... http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...rchTerm=pulley

idler pullies often get noisy. It will sound sort of like a noisy alternator or power steering pump. They are very simple to replace.

Yeah this is very rudimentary. Have you never worked on a car before Alex? Just curious. Not being an ***. We can assist you more if youre only familiar with the basics.

True...take a long screwdriver and place it on the pulleys bolt when its running and listen through the screwdriver to make sure it is that pulley.
