So as some of you might know I bought my mach with no cats, no mufflers, just an x pipe. Well it sounded terrible so I splurged and bought some Thrush turbo mufflers for ~$25 a pop and installed them yesterday. I must say they sound fantastic. Sound clip to come as soon as I get off of work and take one!

 

What are "Thrush Turbo" mufflers? I don't think I have ever heard of them.

 

Are they like Spintechs? Flowmaster knockoffs?

 

If they sound the way you say they do, that's one helluva deal..

 

I think they are Dynomax....like Autozone specials lol I'm curious to hear them. If they sound good, then awesome deal. People prob don't put them on b/c they equate the $25 as a real crappy sounding/made muffler. You could buy 4 pairs of muffers for what you would pay for a pair of Magnaflows/Corsa etc lol

 

Never heard of these, interested in hearing them. Price sounds sketchy, either way more power to you if you're satisfied boss. Do you know what brand x pipe came on the car?

 

ANYTHING has to sound better than catless X and no mufflers....I would rather be punched in the face than drive a car with that setup ahahaha god that has to be loud

 

For some reason i assumed he meant o/r x with stock mufflers.
