How much power does a Mach 5speed w/ midpipe, catback, CAI, Tune, 4.10s normally put down?

Just ran a buddy of mine w/ one and he pulled me from 40 about a car...just didn't think they made that much power w/ those mods...i think it was the gears really.

So if any of you guys can help me out that'd be awesome!

 

around 300 is a close estimate.

 

Yea...id say it was the gears then...cuz im a lil over 300hp right now.

EDIT: He's prob got some torque on me too...my H/C/I kinda kills my tourque.

 

I forgot what's done to our ride. What gears do you run?

 

Trickflow heads/edelbrock intake/ Trickflow tb plenum/ Hitech stage 2s/ full exhaust

And im running 3.73 gears...

 

Honestly dude with your setup (even the 3.73's) i think you should've had the edge. There are so many factors involved though, from the driver, the tune, etc...

Case in point: My buddy has a bolt on Mach with 4.10's (put down 305 rwhp) and the one time we raced it was pretty even.

 

Yea i mean from a 40 roll im not really in my good power range...i REALLY need to work on my shifts (2-3rd to be exact) they suck lol...

Im gonna race again after i get the 6061, retune and see how it goes!

 

With those mods AND a tune I'd say the mach is around 310. Didn't know they put as much power down as well until I got one, lol. Very nice ride you got there.

 

Yea that kind of surprised me too...i didnt think they made that much lol..whoops.

My Cobra has very similar mods to one of the Mach 1s listed, minus the gears which don't matter anyways, and on a load bearing Dyno Dynamics dyno I made the numbers you see in my sig, hope this helps as our engines are very similar.
