Well boys, I sold the Mach 1 today. Was asking 14500 and got 13000 for it from a dealership. They seen my Craigslist add and offered me cash! She will be missed and forever remembered! But now I have about 10k and want to start a project, any ideas? Im thinking an sn95 Cobra?

I think that cobra would be a good pickup for the price.

 

LOL, a buddy of mine has a 420whp turbo civic hatch. Its fast as hell but thats all it is.

 

why you get rid of it?

 

$300+ per month gas
$303 per month insurance(spotless driving record)
$162 per month car payment
working part time
going to school full time
needed an input shaft bearing aka tranny rebuild
rearend was getting louder

I took very good care of that car and it was starting to have problems. I will miss it, already do but I think this was the best thing to do considering I got close to asking price from a dealership that paid me cash for it.

 

Looks like they already have your car up on Autotrader for about $19k lol. Those rat bastard stealerships!

ahahaha well no kidding. Dealerships know what the cars are worth and jack up the price. They know collectors/people that want a more rare car than just a GT will be serious contenders to buy it.

 

I paid less for mine over a year ago with 15k on the clock. They think they can get $19k for a Mach 1 with 60k miles. I hate dealers.... you have to play their games to get the price lower which is just a waste of time.

 

Damn, can't believe you sold it. I remember when you were trying to sell it and were gonna get an STI. Try to find yourself an sn95 cobra with the 5.0. I believe its 94/95.
