Default 4.10's why didnt I do them sooner?

so I put some 4.10s in last night after I found out my pinon bearing was bad so I had to search around for that but once it was done. it was alot of fun I can pass cars without having to shift out off 5th. Its awsome. the car is soooo much snappier in 3rd and 4th. This should have been my first mod that I did to the car.

So, I went to the track once since I installed 4.10's in my car. Worried so much about revs off the line, that I wasn't looking when the green lit up and had a terrible reaction time. Over revved on each shift because I was playing catch-up to a similar stang. And ended up with a God awful 14+ second 1/4 mile time. Worst part is, I didn't get back to the line for a 2nd pass ($%#&..) With my mods shouldn't I be in the mid to low 13's ???

love my 4.10s as well, first gear is a pain to get a good burnout at the track, I just cant seem to do it, lol. Not to sure how much I will like them once the supercharger is installed though.

Right on Watman! Just remember at the track that shiftpoints are about 300 rpm lower and that you'll have to really roll the clutch out with any kind of street tire. 3rd gear rocks fo' sho' with the 4.10s, she pulls all the way to 90.

Slp line lock= badass burnout, no stalling, easy 2nd gear burnout, very fun in the street, no switches or buttons necessary in the interior, makes you look like a f*ck!ng pro....Thats all I gotta say about that.
