Nearly mint, except for the minor issues in the photos. The original owner made many modifications such as the clutch and Demon ignition, air intake, exhaust. He included the factory components which we still have out in the shed. 
The original owner never drove it in the rain and our family continued the tradition. It has always been garage kept and had rarely been driven to the city. 
Tires about two years old and have few miles on them. The original tires had much tread, but were dry rotting. 

I have turned away two buyers locally, simply  because they want to use this as a daily beater. 

Interesting trades considered, however my interests are in low mileage original prewar survivors and victorian era bicycles.
