Hill x 21

As some know, my Stangs been parked for almost two months now (not enough cash for insurance, small engine problems, hairline crack in the windshield).

This past weekend I put on my "any season but winter" wheels. A family member told me that my car wouldn't pass inspection since two tires clear the fender (front tires). It's literally less than a quarter of an inch, while the back wheels are flush with the fenders.

Can anyone weight in on this to be true or not? Here are some pics. Sorry for the bad quality.

PS: Yes, I know my car needs a wash bad. I would've done it this past weekend but the pollen's been heavy lately and the paint is starting to chip in various spots.
