Yea look around if you can. Major part of the whole thing is it has to be an 08+ because his bank won't give him a loan for a car more than 5 years old...

 

Ok, new info! The reason he wanted to go through his bank was they were going to give him 0%, only if like we said it was less than 5 years old.

Now, he's thinking F them, and just get financing where available, therefore his preferences have changed...

He still wants a mustang, but if he can go older, he's looking into new edge GT's now. $16k is his max, but I know you can pick them up for under $10 all over the place.

he'd be better off looking elsewhere...anytime we get a mustang in those years in trade it's got a billion miles on it, or it was owned by some moron that can't drive and it's beat the hell up...somebody randomly traded a red saleen in that body style once but it's VERY random...i'll still take a look to see what's out there, but i'll also check cars.com to see if there's something good too
