Traverse City anyone?

Welcome to Michigan - I'm across the other side of the state near Port Huron.
Traverse City is a great area, I have a good friend who lives up there. Only problem is the saying "a view of the bay is half the pay" is true he says.

thanks jim. i`m hoping i can get some parts next year here in mich. i still need a rear end. ive fished port huron and caught my biggest salmon in that lake too. i grew up and lived in w. detroit for 45 years.made ther mistake of trying mo for the last 10 yrs. my sister has been up here for 30 yrs. i`m staying with her and my brother in law right now. looking for work, and ya, its hard to find a decent job here. they have really done well all these years. even at half the pay its better than branson mo. with half the pay and no bay, no sand either. ive got a daughter and grandkids in belleville and another daughter in brighton. maybe i`ll get down that way next year for some meet ups.
