I'm in Oswego,IL and new to the area. I've gone out on friday and saturday nights and there is nothing but soccer moms and old people. I don't mind driving 20-30 minutes to find a good spot but I just don't know where to go.

 

It's like that everywhere... no more big families, no more young people. Where you used to see young people and kids, it's now nothing but a glut of 40 and ups. And it's only going to get worse. I go to the beach, downtown, bars, to work, around my neighborhood, or car shows, and see nothing but the fat, bald and grey headed. This country is seriously $#%@ed!

ha... please.... just cuz there are not a lot of young people where you live doesnt mean that the country is seriously fuked... look at it in another perspective.... cuz there aint a lot of snot nosed young **** running around, the country is much better off... duh....

I've been to Oswego IL, and your right there is not much there. Try 75th and Lemont Road on friday and saturday nights. Just cruise around the various parking lots and you will find people.
