Who is going? I will be there saturday. Maybe the whole weekend. Anybody with some experience with these events that can tell me what to expect and how to be able to run?

 

I'm going to try. I have somebody coming in from Toronto to look at my duplex, so it depends on what time I get done my business. How do these go? LOTS of cars, I think the car count was around 1000 last year. It cost about $50 for the weekend and usually 2-3 practice (depends on breakdowns) and then into eliminations. You pick a class according to how fast you are (details at the gate), and I think there is a True street class this year. It should be covered by all the Ford magazines. Good luck

yes lots of cars, and you probably have to be there friday to tech in

lots of fun, very cool people , the track will be different all the time. if you run after pro 5.0 guys... launch hard as it will be very sticky

if your the first runs of the day.... do a dry hop to check it out

 

im heading down for the true street im getting there extra early saturday. should be packed

yep, great results : dialed 13.85 ran a 14.08. Who can compete with that consistency[:@]

 

12.06 @ 120.93mph, 12.25 @ 119.72 mph, and 13.5 at 118.87 mph missed 2nd on that run. should be in the 11's next time out once i get used to getting this thing to launch.
